We have developed strong links with a number of local schools, fostering a positive, inclusive and collaborative approach to child development. These meaningful relationships allow for a seamless transition and continuity of care as children move from nursery to school. They enable a smooth and stress-free experience. We are proud to embody an inclusive community spirit that serves to strengthen a collective commitment to providing the best possible experience for our young learners.

ABC is an accredited provider for Flying Start in Wrexham, the Welsh Government-funded childcare programme that aims to give children aged 0 to 4 the best possible start in life. In Wales, all children are entitled to a minimum of 10 hours of foundation phase education from the term after their third birthday until they reach school age. This usually consists of at least 10 hours a week in the Butterfly Room, our specially designed pre-school classroom. In addition, families eligible for the Childcare Offer for Wales can access a further 20 hours of free childcare per week for 48 weeks of the year.
We have excellent links with local schools. We run after-school and holiday clubs at Ysgol Abermorddu and Ysgol Estyn. This enables us to help local children make a smooth transition when they reach school age. We also provide a transport service to several local schools for working families needing full daycare.
We prepare home-cooked meals and hold a 5-star food hygiene rating. We offer free parking. Parents and carers are welcome to visit the Cabin Caff coffee shop and the Shed Load of Beauty salon, both of which are on site. If there is a waiting list, priority will be given to siblings of children already registered at ABC Day Nursery.
